Breakout Session Details

Marketing Breakout

The future of TSC growth starts with knowing our customers. Join the Tractor Supply Marketing team for a deep dive into the evolution of Neighbor’s Club and the role data insights play in driving more value for our customers. You’ll leave with a sharper picture of where we’re headed and how partners like you are part of getting there.

Supply Chain Breakout

Join the Supply Chain team for important insights and updates on freight market conditions and trends, upcoming plans for our Supply Chain network, on-going continuous improvement initiatives, and opportunities for collaboration to drive efficiency and service improvements. These updates will provide valuable visibility into our Supply Chain strategy and priorities allowing us to remain aligned as we navigate evolving market conditions together.

Driving Growth Through Digital

Digital plays an increasingly important role in how customers discover products, engage with brands and shop across Tractor Supply’s stores, website and app. As customer expectations continue to evolve, Tractor Supply is focused on creating a seamless omnichannel experience that makes it easier for customers to find, evaluate and purchase products wherever they choose to shop.
Join the Digital team for a look at the priorities, investments and customer trends shaping the future of Tractor Supply’s digital business. Learn how the company is enhancing the online shopping experience through improvements in assortment, content, personalization, fulfillment and discoverability, and why omnichannel customers represent one of the greatest opportunities for growth.
The session will also explore how key growth drivers, including digital merchandising, product content and retail media, work together to create a stronger customer experience and drive business results. Attendees will gain insight into what great digital experiences look like and how brands can better position their products to win with customers.

Product: The In Store Journey of an Item

Once product arrives in a Tractor Supply Store, a coordinated Store Operations process begins to bring it to life for our Customers. This session will walk through the full in-store product lifecycle, including receipt at store, stocking, recovery, resets, planogram execution, FAST support, product training, and the Customer engagement behaviors that help drive a Legendary experience.
